NO COUPLES. This is a very quiet and private bedroom with a walk-in closet. There is a newly remodeled bathroom just outside the door and it shares the bathroom only one other person. The entire townhome was completely renovated last Winter with all new flooring, appliances, including a new washer and dryer set, ceiling fans and paint. Each bedroom has its own refrigerator by the kitchen area. The townhome is located in a great quiet neighborhood at the base of Bull Mountain. There is a large green space in front, with a large back yard deck and a large green space behind (there is a nice patio with large deck too - see pics). Sorry, NO PETS. This room is for only one non-smoking, clean responsible person. The $880 per month covers rent and ALL utilities (including high speed wi-fi as well). First and last month's rent due to move in.
