I am looking for one female graduate student or working professional to fill my FURNISHED room in a 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Inman Square, Cambridge, starting anytime after 12/21/23 and ending 7/19/24. This date has potential to be extended through the end of the lease, 8/28/24, and there is potential to take over the lease. I can be somewhat flexible with the dates as well. The room is approximately 10.5"x9.5" and the closet is approximately 5"x2.5" with plenty of room to hang clothing and stack objects. I will be leaving the bulk of my furniture, including a full size bed, large dresser, night stand, small desk, and office chair. There are other smaller pieces of furniture that I can either leave or move out, depending on preference. Your new roommates are three young working professionals/grad students who enjoy keeping the house tidy, being respectful of common spaces, and enjoying social time with each other. The apartment is on the second floor of a three story building. The apartment has recently refinished hardwood flooring throughout, recently renovated kitchen complete with dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. It also has in unit laundry, and a large private back deck facing away from the street. The apartment is located in the heart of Inman Square steps to many bars, restaurants, and shops, as well as several options for groceries. It is a 15 minute walk from Central Station (red line) and a 10 minute walk from Union Square Station (green line). There's even a bus that travels from Inman Square to Central Station. Street parking is available with the resident permit parking pass. If you do not have one, there is plenty of metered parking that is free between 6pm-8am. I've never walked more than a few blocks to get home from my car. The rent for the room is only $1000/month +utilities (average cost of about ~$100-125/month, including WiFi). First months rent and last months rent is due before move in. Please provide evidence of great credit (700+ Fico) and references (former roommates/landlord). Thank you, and I hope to hear from you!
