All utilities are included, such as electricity, water, heating, and air conditioning. $100 non-refundable deposit. $800 a month with no hidden fees or anything. Everything is included in the monthly rent such as utilities, WiFi, trash, and yard work. The lease is month by month but I do require a month notice of lease termination. Rooms are open for short and long term stay. Smoking is allowed outside only. Renters are not responsible for maintenance at all unless they're at fault for damaging something.
