Originally built as a duplex and added to twice through the years. Would be a great bed and breakfast, close to all the great stuff in this great little small town. We own two adjacent houses we are willing to sell that could be rented, used for storage or special projects spaces, or as extra bed and breakfast rooms/guest houses. There are so many rooms in the house, it is very adaptable for different uses. When our kids were all still at home, we have used as many as 8 rooms as bedrooms. We currently have two dining rooms, a breakfast room, and can set up enough extra tables to easily accomodate dinner parties for about 40 people. We own a small restaurant and have streamlined the kitchen at the housewith stainless steel tables and wire racks to be very efficient in cooking for and entertaining groups of people. The house has a comfortable feel with a lot of rich wood and tall ceilings. Zillow incorrectly lists this as having been sold in 2006 for $30,000. We bought this house 20 years ago. Walking distance to restaurants, an older small town movie theatre, banks, churches, small town downtown. Great place to live and raise children. Many parks all over town.
