As well as Roku TV with Netflix, Starz, Hulu, peacock & BET. Club house offers pool/hot tub, sauna, gym, tennis, basketball, and special class' and events. Can only accommodate 1 car parking in driveway. Street parking for guests only. Must have your own PO BOX. Dewey post office is 1 mile away. * Single occupancy * No laundry * 6 month - 1yr lease Rent due no later then the 3rd of the month. In cash or direct deposit. Late payments will incur a daily charge of $100, until rent is paid in full. Tenant must have own PO BOX. Can only have 1 vehicle parked at address. Street parking is for guests.
