There are old logging trails that are now for hiking or cross country skiing. The Assoc. tennis court is there for residents and their guests. Assoc. yearly dues amount to about $400, plus individual snowplowing costs for private driveways. The dues cover trash pick-up and maintenance of the road, gate and incidentals. There are a number of very good golf courses and marinas everywhere in the vicinity. Boating and fishing is exceptional with charter boats available for hire. The Farmer's Market is open in the Spring, Summer and Fall. All over the county you can enjoy biking for miles on the many available trails.
