We have a couple roommates that have moved out and are looking for 1 or 2 more to fill their spaces and lower our rent cost. We have one friend moving in around the beginning of august so this lease is for the summer, but does not need to continue into the fall. There are currently 2 of us living here. Water is included in the cost, but gas and electric are separate.
