55+ COMMUNITY When you rent a unit in Mountain Shadows RV Resort (a 55 plus park only) you receive full resident privileges. You will be entitled to use all facilities, Large heated swimming pool, large Sauna Hot Tub, Regulation Billiard room, Regulation Shuffle Board room, Weight rooms, Hot tub @ Club House II.(etc.) Each unit has free WIFI & Cable TV, water, and Garbage dumpsters are conveniently located throughout the park. Each lot contains a minimum of an 8x10 shed for your use during your stay. You will also be furnished with a post office box key and a facilities key. We are sure you will enjoy your stay with us.
