It's an older home, it is cozy inside, and has a new AC unit. Primarily used as a vacation home when we would go fishing every weekend. Boat ramp is literally a 2 minute walk away,so you can load your boat, come back and drop the trailer at the house and get back to fishing! There is a large carport, as well as a shed for storage. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great place to get away.
