Pets are welcome for a fee of $125 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 1 pet allowed. Located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood, this home is 5 minutes from the Florida Botanical Gardens, Heritage Village, and the Largo Golf Course. It's also close to great restaurants, parks, and family activities. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am, meaning no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 8 people. If you intend to have a guest over, they're only allowed at the property outside of quiet hours (i.e., 8 am to 10 pm), and you must notify us in advance and receive written permission. Any parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay with no refund and a penalty of up to $500 determined at our sole discretion. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property, including vaping. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. Pets are not allowed on beds or couches. Unauthorized pets incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible reservation cancellation without refund. Guests must clean up after pets; failure to do so results in a $50 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the stay without any refund and charge a $250 penalty.
