    Hello! Live, relax, explore, work out, cook some meals, walk to restaurants, or all of the above in the Detroit-Shoreway aka Gordon Square neighborhood. This house is within a 5 minute (quarter mile) walk of Edgewater Beach, Edgewater Park, multiple restaurants, a coffee shop, and a brewery. Wait no for real, that's not a marketing exaggeration: if you walk 13 houses north and go through the tunnel you'll be at the beach. It's within a 10 minute (half mile) walk of more restaurants, numerous shops, a wine bar, a large playground, and multiple theaters. This is one of the few truly walkable neighborhoods in the Midwest. The neighborhood is super kid-friendly, safe, quiet, and community-oriented. If you hop in the car, downtown is a 5 minute drive East, and University Circle / Case Western / Cleveland Clinic main campus are about 16 minutes. Lakewood is 5 minutes to the West. You'll have access to two bedrooms, a kitchen, an enclosed yard with a fire pit, and a full basement gym and yoga studio. The back patio is a great spot to roast marshmallows or have some drinks with friends. If you're bored of trying to figure out what workout you can do with the small weights at hotel gyms, this place is for you. Most of the region's bike trails originate within a block of this house, making it a great launching point for some cycling. The wifi is fast and reliable. Both bedrooms have super comfortable queen beds. There's also a queen-sized pullout couch in the living room if you want to sleep up to 6 people. There's no TV so if that's critical to you, I'd encourage you to look for a different option. The kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals. The range is an induction cooktop which, if you've never used one, is pretty amazing because it gives you the speed and responsiveness of a gas range without the indoor air quality problems and messy surfaces. The driveway can fit 3 - 5 cars. I'm not sure why you'd need to bring 5 cars on your vacation, just saying technically they would fit. Anyway look, this is the right place. Reach out if you have any questions! Utilities included, no smoking. Renters should expect that the landlord may want to visit from time to time, with notification to the tenant 2 months prior to the visit. The house is 3 bedrooms officially but only 2 will be accesible to the tenant given the landlord's use of the 3rd room for storage. Rent is $1500/month with 1 month's rent as a security deposit. Pets upon discussion with landlord and a monthly pet fee.
