This is a lovely little house very near Scotts Flat Lake. We just repainted inside and out! There is a fire pit outdoors to enjoy. There is an outside storage shed. Parking for maximum of two cars. Wood stove is a secondary heat source. Washer and dryer come with the house. Cascade shores is 15 minutes outside of Nevada City and has a general store. It's a great place to live! A dog is possible (with a $500 security deposit) depending on the situation. Dogs can only be left unattended for 4-5 hours per day. There is a snow situation occasionally in Cascade Shores. The driveway is a little bit steep. 4 Wheel Drive recommended . The lake access is right near by. It's a quiet neighborhood and that is a quality the tenant(s) will have and enjoy. Two vehicles permitted. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including NID, PG&E, Waste Management (including green waste can), and propane. Homeowners Association members get a reduced rate on propane. Internet service is available. no smoking dog is possible depending on the situation maximum occupancy 2 adults and one child Raking and pine needle removal is sometimes needed.
