A well has not been drilled nor has a septic system been installed but electricity is available with a power pole at the lot line. This is the perfect lot for those wanting peace and quiet and to enjoy life in the Rocky Mountains. The Ranch is a great community with numerous HOA provided amenities - a full-time Ranch Manager, Buffalo Creek Reservoir, large pavilion where the members' annual meeting and picnic is held, a trash compactor and RV storage lot and dump station for members' use and more.
