The studio includes one space in the two car garage which is shared with the main unit. There is direct and private access to the studio via a stairway from the garage to the studio. The studio includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher, two ceiling fans in the living area - only one is shown in the photos but since was updated with two matching ceiling fans and blinds have been added to the four French doors - and a bathroom with a large shower. Unfortunately there are no laundry facilities on site. A pet will be considered although I do have some limitations based on our insurance. Utilities not included.
