There is an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment has to go through a special cleaning after your stay. Parking is available at $25 per night and is on a first come first serve basis and has to be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $100 lock out fee. A 'Meet and Greet' can be set up with our team based on request and availability. A criminal background check is required for all guests over 18 years old. Should your stay extend beyond 28 days, there will be an adjustment in the cleaning fee. Renovations are ongoing to achieve an upscale, luxury standard, which may cause some updates throughout the building and on the exterior.
