No roommate. - Located in a well-managed community close to SAIL High School. On-site amenities include pool, laundry, parking and more. - Pet friendly. - Outside smoke - Unfurnished (negotiable). - Rent is $600, including internet and cable. Other utilities are paid separately. There is a nonrefundable $240 Resident Shield fee charged by the community. - It is required by the community you tour the apartment to make sure you know what it looks like.
