We live above, 3 adults and a 6 month old baby. We are on 10,000 gallon water catchment with UV filter. YOUR PRIVATE UNIT SLEEPS 4 and INCLUDES: 1 bedroom with a King size bed. Queen size in an open common area. Sheets, towels and complete kitchen are provided, high-speed wifi, 50-inch flat screen. Bathroom has a shower/tub. 1 parking space in garage and a second car can be parked next to the unit. Living room has couch, love seat, recliner and desk area. Property is beautifully landscapes as a tropical garden. $1,500 per month includes all utilities, basic cable (TWC), electricity wireless internet, water and propane. Once a week laundry service included until we get a washer and dryer hooked up. Must be quiet/conscientious/employed. No drugs please. Will not remove furniture and household items from the unit. Additional furniture must be approved before adding to unit.
