Very nice neighborhood with other older homes on the edge of the St. Lawrence University campus. this home offers lots of interior space as well as a HUGE yard. A single family home, this home has been rented to students for the last 6 years. There is a lease in place now that ends May 31, 2018. When you purchase, you also get the lease. Present owner is leaving the student rental business. The eat in kitchen is bright and spacious. There is a first floor shower bath/laundry and near that is a walk in room with shelving that would make an ideal pantry. There is also another room on the back of the home that is knotty pine and has a door to a formerly screened in porch. Porch needs work. The dining room is a "L" shape to the living room that has a fireplace that is not in use. There are hardwood floors here that need refinishing.The home is basically a center hall colonial.
