No, it's not a Palace, but it is 20 giant steps from the Market house at the lower end of Cornhill Street. It has hardwood floors, the paint is neutral and not in bad shape. The windows have been replaced and it has a new gas stove. If you want to be downtown and in the mix of things, this is the place for you. No, there is no parking but living downtown allows you to purchase a permit for one year at just $55.00. No it’s not air conditioned but it does have 5 window units which allows you to close off the rooms you don’t want to air condition during the day - your bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the upstairs rooms and the gas boiler has a summer winter hook up - NO hot water heater - saves space.
Make me an offer, I am very easy to deal with.
What the owner loves about this home
It has a half bath on first floor - wish it were a full bath but Zillow is not perfect.
