Being an RV, it has everything you need for a great stay, but it does have its limitations. There is a potential for noise outside from the highway. The landscaper comes every other Monday to clean up around the patios, driveway, and yard areas. Quiet time outside starts at 10 pm. After your departure, an inspection of the property will be conducted and any damage or excessive cleaning will be charged to your card on file. Smoking indoors is not allowed and you will be charged a $500 cleaning fee if you smoke in the house. Pets are not allowed and if evidence of a pet is found, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged. Off-street parking is limited and varies by house. One vehicle is allowed in a studio and one-bedroom house. Check-in and check-out times are specified in the house manual or booking confirmation.
