This neighborhood is very quite and friendly. There are about 40 houses that sit on this very large circle. We sit on the outside of the circle. There is only one in/out so there is hardly any traffic. Big Flats is a very clean and polite neighborhood. There is a store, pizza, chinese, hair/nails, banks, community center, library and many other various shops just on the other side of the highway. Your just a couple minutes from just about anything you want, but secluded enough that most people don't even know everything that this little community has to offer.
