You can extend your lease when the 8 mths is up. Must have acceptable credit and income. The only charge for the takeover is a $25 Application fee. The credit application to be approved is run through the office. I will handle everything else . No utilities included. Water,waste and pest control are $55,which is included in your payment which is through autodraft or check. There is a no smoking policy (25 yds from property). Pets are an additional charge, 2 maximum to an apt, $30/mth for one pet, $50/mth for 2 and must be under 65 lbs. I am available to show my apt upon request. Please be able to provide 2 mths pay stubs and make 3x the rent ($1289). I have paid all of the admin , security and water set up fees , so all you have is a $25 fee to check your credit . Also , their is no pet deposit because my $500 Will also convey to you .
