LOCATION: * Steps from the shops and restaurants of Cabot Street & Rantoul Street. * 10 minute walk to Beverly Depot Train Station * 15 minute walk to Dane Street Beach UTILITIES: Renter pays for gas and electricity. Owner pays for water, but renter pays for the gas used to heat the water. Forced-air gas heating on 2nd floor heats most of the apartment. The two smaller bedrooms on the 3rd floor have one electric wall heater each. Range/oven is gas. LAUNDRY: Washer and dryer in basement. PETS: Strictly no dogs; other pets on case-by-case basis. No dogs, other animals on a case-by-case basis. 1-year lease which defaults to month-to-month tenancy-at-will after the first 12 months. No storage in basement for this apartment (possible exception for bicycle), as there is ample storage available in-unit. House quiet hours from 10pm-8am.
