At the end of the 12-month term, if the Tenant does not provide written notice of intent to vacate, the tenancy will automatically convert to a month-to-month lease under the same terms and conditions as outlined in this Agreement. Month-to-month tenancies may be terminated by either party with at least thirty (30) days' written notice. Rent is due through the end of the notice period.
