Lots of children. Most neighbors are pretty friendly except for a few who are busybodies. External properties are well taken care of. You see nicely mowed lawns, beautiful gardens and pruned trees. Permits are required if you plan on doing any work to any home you purchase. The township will come around every summer and check to see if you have a fenced in yard for a pool (and a building permit- don't ask me why, they're sticklers about that sort of stuff). All in all, a nice place to live.
