Conventry Commons (the "Project") will consist of the adaptive redevelopment of the historic Reed Manufacturing Co. building in Newark, New York into a housing development. The development team plans to rehabilitate the existing 100,000 square foot building and construct an annex building on the property to create a total of 101 units of quality affordable housing, including 80 one-bedroom and 21 two-bedroom units.
