Conventry Commons (the "Project") will consist of the adaptive redevelopment of the historic Reed Manufacturing Co. building in Newark, New York into a housing development. The development team plans to rehabilitate the existing 100,000 square foot building and construct an annex building on the property to create a total of 101 units of quality affordable housing, including 80 one-bedroom and 21 two-bedroom units. Eight units will have rents targeted at 40% AMI, 32 units at 50% AMI, 42 units at 60% AMI, and 10 units at 70% AMI. Eight units will have rents targeted at 80% AMI.
