Gorgeous trees and wildlife make the outside of the home our very favorite part! The home itself is a warm and cozy space, which has a finished basement below that is not included in the square footage! There are wood floors throughout the house. The main floor has a living room and dining area with a sliding door to the outside patio. The second floor is completely renovated, with 3 Bedrooms/2 full Bathrooms including the master suite with a full bathroom and a custom-made walk-in closet. There is a 3rd half bathroom on the first floor. There is central air on the 2nd floor and a ductless air conditioner that works beautifully on the first floor. The house is very well shaded so the air doesn't have to be used often! The house is in an incredibly convenient location near the train to Manhattan (45-50 min to Grand Central!), Hastings-on-Hudson schools, shops, and parks. Our home is in-zone for Hastings schools, which are incredible! Small class sizes, a tremendous campus with loads of greenery and funding for myriad extracurriculars in the school. This house is a tremendous catch in a town where not many rentals pop up. It is important to us to rent to someone who will treat it like their own and enjoy!
