Rent does not include utilities, but a flat utility amount means no fluctuating costs. You'll have full access to the common spaces, including the washer & dryer. The spacious, stocked kitchen has an island, lots of cabinet space, a walk-in pantry, and stainless steel appliances (microwave, gas oven, refrigerator). Driveway and street parking are available. Shopping, groceries, and downtown Kyle are right around the corner, and it's just a short trip to San Marcos or Austin. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. Short term lease to start, with longer term possible if agreed upon. No smoking is allowed inside. Owners of pets should be cleaning up after their pets both indoors and outdoors.
