I am looking for someone to take over my room January or February 1st. The lease goes through August. You are able to sublease it to someone else. If you inquire, please respond with a description of yourself, interests, hobbies, living habits, etc. I can honestly say this is a really great place with great roommates. Wonderful location, walkable/bike-able to public parks, fitness centers, bike path, grocery store, cafes, bars, etc. Street parking always available directly outside. Apartment is nice, fully furnished, new wood floors, great quality furniture & art. Appliances in good working condition, laundry & dryer in basement. Room is large with walk-in closet, 2 windows with screens & curtains. Apartment has lots of storage space- communal shelving, closets, 2 balconies, extra back hallway & basement. It is the top (3rd floor) of a building. I can potentially leave the bed & frame, shelves, table and chair in room, or remove them if preferable. It is relatively quiet. I can hear some street noise from my room, not much from the living room & kitchen. I am not from the city, but according to the current and past roommates who've lived in the boston area for a while, it's quieter than any other space they've lived in in the city- part of why I, and they, moved in. You will need to take over the lease, which ends august 31, 2026. Ability to sublease or transfer lease if needed. Landlords are responsive. They're never around, which is nice. The lease runs through August. You can sublease it to someone else.
