It has 2 and 1/2 baths, not three. Zillow keeps advertising as 3 even though I input 2 and 1/2. It sits on 2 1/2 acres. Again, Zillow will not allow me to put in the correct acreage. Totally custom home. There is a near zero chance you will find it duplicated. It has the "open concept" well before "open concept" became popular. You cannot therefore "date" this home as to a particular time period....it is truly custom. There is a finished bonus room with closet for an easy 4th bedroom.
