Basement kitchen does not have HVAC duct but could easily be cut in. Currently is cooled when canning by window a/c unit. Fireplace has been circumvented for the connection of a wood fired furnace which is connected to the ductwork and will heat the entire home. There is a small room off the basement den to use as a greenhouse or as a Florida room. Huge outbuilding/shop/storage with electric.
