The house is 0.5 miles from the Bitterroot Bike/Walking trail which boasts 50 miles of trail. 130 Huckleberry is a Horse Farm and has a barn, numerous pastures and open space. The horses are however gone for the winter! This is a beautiful home nestled on the east side (extra sunlight!) of the Bitterroot Valley. Our house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom that would comfortably fit 2-4 people. We are on the end of a very quiet street in a private, friendly neighborhood. We also have several acres that surround the home. When you look out the windows you are greeted with a spectacular and uninterrupted view of the Bitterroot Mountains. If you are looking for a gorgeous Montana winter getaway, this is it! Owner pays for utilities. This is a mid-term lease with ideal lease being 5 months or less. Ideal lease time frame is November 15 - April 1. This property allows pets however there are 3 barn cats on site - any pets must be compatible with outdoor cats. This is a non-smoking property.
