There is a sizable backyard with the ability to park off the alley in the rear. No indoor smoking. No dogs but I may consider a cat for an added fee. I require 1st month's rent, a 1 month security deposit and a 1 year lease; no exceptions. I perform a simple background check on all applicants to check for criminal history and prior evictions.
