Across the street is the lovely Rivercrest park with tennis and basketball courts, open spaces for picnics and parties, and a playground and splashpad for kids. A short walk (1.5 miles) takes you to downtown Oregon City, and an even shorter walk (a few blocks) takes you a bus stop for the 33 Trimet bus line. A great apartment for those who want their own private space in a nice neighborhood, but also easy access to the best of what Oregon City has to offer! No smoking. Renter pays electric, all other utilities including internet is included. No loud or aggressive dogs -- meet and greet required.
