Limit 2 per renter. Must be at least 12 months old, house-trained, and well-behaved. Parking: Free parking for 2 vehicles is available. No boats or trailers allowed. No parking on the grass. Security Cameras: For your safety and ours, there is a Ring doorbell at the front door and an exterior camera on the garage. No cameras inside. Please Note: * Community amenities such as the pool, playground, and dining areas are managed by the HOA and are subject to availability. These amenities are not guaranteed and do not qualify as grounds for refunds or termination request. * Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued. Additional Guidelines: Primary renter must be 25+ Quiet hours begin at 10PM. No smoking or vaping inside the home. No glitter, flushable wipes, tampons, or grease down drains or toilets doing so may cause damage and result in extra charges. Renter access Keyless entry code will be provided for easy access to the home. All utilities are included. Security deposit is due at move in. No smoking and no illegal drugs permitted on the property. Up to 2 pets total are allowed (subject to approval). Minimum 30 days stay.
