    Great Investment Opportunity!! Old Americus Hospital: Through a deal with the Sumter Historic Trust, I currently own and maintain this building. It is for sale, and it would be a terrific location for upscale condominiums or apartments -- something needed in Americus. It's located in a residential neighborhood. I know it's eligible for historic building tax credits and I think it's in the enterprise zone for additional tax credits. Several years ago, an architect owned it and priced out 11 to 13 condos in the building for $1 million investment.
