Amazing apartment, central downtown, two blocks to State St. and 6 blocks to the beach/Sterns Wharf. 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one bedroom has a private bathroom, the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom, one used for the living room) Washer and dryer included in the apartment The kitchen is very nice but VERY SMALL! The dining room/entry room is also TINY. The apartment configuration, which only has a tiny kitchen and tiny entrance room with 1 of the 3 bedrooms as a living room. Or the apartment does not have (much of) a living room. But the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are nice, if you do not need a communal living room or communal kitchen. The rent, per bedroom ($1,297.50) for 2 bedrooms with one bedroom as a living room. You can see, from the pictures that the apartment looks AWESOME. We just finished a major remodel of this unit and you will be the first people to live there, after the remodel.
