I am moving out of the apt and need someone to take over the lease. My contract end in march and Im moving out before the 10th of October. $1395 is the total rent due per month, the actual rent is 1300$ plus garbage and water witch is 95$. the parking that is offered by the apt complex is I believe 75$ but there is plenty of free street parking available so the paid parking might not be necessary. the apt is a single bedroom with a full kitchen and ill include my old microwave. The PC and the desktops on the images Im willing to let go to sweeten the deal. The apt will be completely cleaned out before you take over the lease if you wish to take over the lease. There is a wonderful view outside the apt to that views part of central eastern Seattle. Also the i90 is near by as well as the i5 if you need to commute outside of the city. Though the apt is close by the high ways there is little to no noise pollution. This area of Seattle is perfectly safe and its a 10-15 min drive to capital hill and a 5 min drive to Seattle city center. You can also always walk to Seattle center and the walk is only 20min.
