This apartment is great for someone looking for a place to live over the summer. Its right next to the Waterford town center (walking distance) and only 3 miles from UCF campus. The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath. My roommate and close friend will be living here until the end of the lease in August (he is very easy to get along with). The unit has a washer and dryer and high speed wifi as well. There is a solarium so there is plenty of room for furniture.
