Needing to transfer remainder of lease for our 2-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor in a luxury apartment complex with great amenities, including a swimming pool, and a perfect location with great schools, and a pretty close to the beach. We have B2 floor plan and pay $1746 per month (includes pest control, trash reimburse). In order to take over our current lease, you would need to be approved by our apartment complex and also pay the $65 application fee and $200 admin fee. The apartment will be ready to move in from March 7th. Our lease runs till September 24th, 2022 with the opportunity to extend it. We've been living in this apartment complex for 3+ years, and we had a great experience. Rental responsible for water and electric (payment)
