The Apartment is centrally located in the DFW area near bear creek park and many grocery stores. It is a quite safe neighborhood close to the airport. Potential candidates must fill out an application ( cost $55 with money order or cashier check) The security deposit depends on credit, I am willing to transfer my deposit over if necessary. Complex requires good credit score, no evictions, no felonies, must be able to prove employment( self employed will not be approved). Pets are allowed for additional rent unless you have a service animal, which will not be charged.
