This building is the best location in the entire DC area in my opinion. 1 block to crystal city metro. 3 blocks to Pentagon City metro. 1 block to 395 and 110 onramp. whole foods, amazon fresh, restaurants, bars, movie theater, pharmacy, coffee houses are all within 2 blocks. longbridge park is across the street. The area is remarkably calm and quiet for how central it is to everything. The building has an outdoor pool, indoor pool, gym, library, common rooms. There is a rock climbing gym that connects to the building at the mezzanine floor. Electric and internet are split and come out to $70 per month for each tenant. Internet is fios. Water is provided by the building. Kitchen and living room are furnished. I am slowly renovating the condo but keep it very unobtrusive. Parking is not included.
