Vaulted ceilings and HVAC system is only a few years old and efficient. It's about 1640 sq ft and is $1800/month. You would sign a month-to-month lease (done for convenience of the renter) and need a $1800 deposit. The house is near Braker and Lamar. It's close to the Domain mall, about a mile from ACC Northridge, and Walnut Creek Park is practically my backyard, which includes a pool and miles of mountain biking/hiking trails.
