I'm looking for two roommates to share this space with me. 1300 East Lafayette is my second home; my primary home is in Pittsburgh. I have two rooms open and I will retain another room for myself for visits. The master bedroom with bath is offered for $725 and the smaller room with shared bath is offered for $650. All bills paid including basic cable. Expanded cable will be the responsibility of the tenants. Parking is additional = $25 uncovered. Rates negotiable for right person. May consider one roommate for a higher rent.
