Arguably the nicest house and setting in 1953 Springville. With Today's renewed appreciation for "mid century modern," it should be featured on a T.V. show. Much is not updated, but most of it (except carpet) could remain very similar. Seclusion, beautiful vegetation, views, simply one of the nicest spots one could find. Just off the canyon road, close to town and canyon.
