Our 3 bedroom 1 bath home is situated over a quiet photography studio on Milwaukee Ave in South Milwaukee. South Milwaukee has been pouring money into its downtown with its primary focus being improvements to storefronts on Milwaukee Avenue. This property is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops and even the farmer's market. The apartment spans 1,642 square feet with an included stove, fridge, washer and dryer, fenced in private yard and 2.5 car garage. The apartment itself was updated a few years back to include new kitchen cabinets, new tile flooring and a new bathroom. Tenants are responsible for the gas and electric while we pay for the water. Tenants are also responsible for mowing the lawn and shoveling the snow. In order to qualify, you must prove a gross monthly income of at least $3,000. We do not rent to people who have been evicted. We do allow cats and small dogs, but we charge an extra $25/mo for dogs.
