We are looking for a new roommate. We are located on the 1300 block of North Howard street. We are easy going yet responsible group of young professionals. You would have your own room and share a bathroom with one other individual. The backyard, 1st floor and basement levels are all shared space. There is a washer /dryer in the basement. The rent is $800 a month plus utilities. I would need first, last and security upon move in. The space will become available as soon as July 1st. Accommodations can be made to move you in earlier. We are an easy going group who likes to have our fun while respecting everyone's space and emotions. If you're up to it I'd like to coordinate a meet up so we can get to know each other?
