It's waiting for you with all linens, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, full kitchen (including a dishwasher!), 40" flat-screen Smart-TV, 3 state-of-the-art high-wall A/C units (each with their own remote-control). 1st BR = Queen bed, 2nd BR = bunk-beds (at the opposite end of the unit). Not handicap equipped; multiple stairs at both entrances (see pics). Unit is located near the back of the resort, so less drive-by traffic at our quiet corner lot. :) A quick 10-mile drive takes you to quaint downtown Venice's shopping, restaurants and sandy beaches. Numerous eateries & groceries etc along this route too. World-famous Siesta Key beach is just 16 more miles further north. The winter months (Jan + Feb + Mar) are rented as WHOLE-months only.
