In NW by whole Foods on P St NW which is just a five minute walk away. Sunny with hardwood floors. Can include fixed fee utilities in the listed rent despite what this zillow ad might show elsewhere (can control heat and air in unit, stove ect. and there is a recent new shower/ bath combo installed ) but you pay for internet. 6 month lease also available, prefer 1 yr. Owner willing to pay for all utilities (trash, sewer, gas electric, and water and only charge extra if any bill is over agreed fixed amount that would be included. Is unfurnished but can be partly furnished or even fully furnished if you prefer that.
