10 minutes from downtown KC in a quiet neighborhood. There is a lot of space and storage in this house. It has a full rec room downstairs. For those interested we will be having an open house from 11 to 3 on Saturday, August 15th. You will be able to pick up/ fill out a rental application during the open house. Renter is responsible for paying all utilities including trash, internet and streaming services. Renter responsible for upkeep of the property and yard. There is no smoking in the house. Lease will be for one year.
